CINQUE End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Loom Security (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and you, the individual user (“you” or “User”). By creating an account, accessing, or using CINQUE (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use during the term of this Agreement.
This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify Company immediately of unauthorized account use
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Service
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security features
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law
5. User Data
You retain ownership of any content you submit (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display such content solely to operate the Service.
6. Subscription, Fees, and Billing (If Applicable)
Some features may require a paid subscription.
- Fees are disclosed at the time of purchase
- Subscription renewal, payment terms, and cancellation policy are governed by your contract as signed at the time of purchase
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use Company’s branding without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COMPANY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM FOR THIS SERVICE
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company from claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the Service
- Your violation of this Agreement
- Your violation of applicable law
11. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services. Company is not responsible for third-party content, functionality, or policies.
12. Changes to the Service or Agreement
Company may update the Service or this Agreement from time to time.
If changes are material, Company will provide notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
