Chuck brings decades of cybersecurity leadership experience spanning executive security strategy, governance, and enterprise risk management. As Founder and CEO of Loom Security, Chuck leads the company’s vision of delivering business-aligned cybersecurity solutions through innovation, trusted partnerships, and a people-first approach. A CISO by trade, he is known for helping organizations solve complex security challenges by aligning cybersecurity initiatives with operational and business objectives, while building high-performing teams grounded in collaboration, trust, and accountability. Chuck founded Loom Security in 2024 with a mission to create a different kind of cybersecurity company—one focused not just on technology, but on long-term client partnerships and measurable business impact through modern security strategies including AI-driven security operations, Zero Trust, SASE, and identity-centric security. Influenced by his Midwest upbringing and mentorship from respected industry leaders such as Gary Fish, Chuck’s leadership style emphasizes humility, authenticity, and service. Known for his ability to connect technical strategy with human-centered leadership, Chuck continues to help shape the future of cybersecurity by building organizations, teams, and client relationships centered on trust, innovation, and lasting value.
Chris brings extensive cybersecurity leadership experience across Identity & Access Management (IAM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and enterprise information security. As Chief Product and Delivery Officer at Loom Security, he leads the strategy, development, and delivery of the company’s cybersecurity product and services, including CINQUE. Chris has built and scaled IAM and security programs across industries including manufacturing, retail, and hospitality, with leadership roles spanning organizations such as Fishtech Group, PPG, and TravelCenters of America. Known for combining strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise, Chris is passionate about helping organizations modernize security posture through innovation, persona-driven security, and operational excellence.
Laura brings more than two decades of cybersecurity industry experience and over 30 years of leadership in operations, program management, channel development, and strategic marketing. At Loom Security, Laura plays a key role in driving operational excellence, strategic growth initiatives, and market expansion efforts that help position the company and CINQUE for long-term success. She is recognized for building impactful channel and alliance programs from the ground up, streamlining organizational processes, and developing business strategies that consistently exceed customer and stakeholder expectations. Laura’s experience spans cybersecurity operations, go-to-market strategy, startup acceleration, and brand development, where she has successfully helped emerging companies scale and strengthen their market presence in highly competitive industries.
Casey brings nearly two decades of cybersecurity experience across signals intelligence and cyber defense in the United States Marine Corps, enterprise security engineering in fintech and logistics, and technical pre-sales leadership at cyber and physical security firms. As VP of Solution Architecture at Loom, he leads the team that helps customers translate the chaos of modern xSPM into business-aligned risk visibility through CINQUE. Casey is known for cutting through complexity in high-stakes security conversations and pairing technical depth with the clarity leaders need to act with confidence.
Jack brings over 30 years of Information Security experience helping organizations address complex challenges including: security operations, risk management, security program management, security integration, and security compliance. Jack began his security career as an account executive, over time becoming a trusted advisor for his customers, helping them build and evolve their security program. Prior to joining Loom Security, Jack held sales management positions at Nokia, Bluecoat Systems, Palo Alto Networks, Proofpoint and Fishtech Security.
